Lakeview Student Ministry helps middle and high school students know Jesus, grow in community, and take their next step of faith.

Sundays FROM 10:45-11:45am • Room 139

Middle School

Middle School Ministry meets every Sunday at 10:45am in Room 139, and it’s the highlight of the week for students in 6th-8th grade. Students dive into high-energy games, hear biblical teaching that meets them right where they are, and break into small groups divided by grade and gender for real discussion led by our caring adult volunteer team.

On the first Sunday of every month, we sweeten the deal with donuts. Whether your student is brand new or has been coming for years, there’s a place for them here.

Sundays from 6:30 - 8pm • Room 139

High School

High School Ministry meets every Sunday evening from 6:30 to 8pm, and every student is welcome, no registration necessary. Students jump into worship, games, and biblical teaching that speaks straight to real life, then break into small groups for honest discussion led by our caring adult volunteer team.

On the first Sunday of every month, we kick things off with a free dinner. Just show up and you’ll fit right in.

Wednesdays, September 9-30 • 7:00-8:30pm

Growth Groups

Growth Groups meet every Wednesday night from 7:00 to 8:30pm, September 9 through September 30, at Lakeview Bible Church in rooms 133 and 138, with one group for middle school students and one for high school students. These are discipleship groups built around real conversation, so think informal classroom: plenty of interaction and questions paired with intentional teaching that equips students with the tools, theology, and understanding to keep growing in their relationship with Jesus.

Our middle school group will dig into what the Bible actually means when it talks about love, the Trinity, and the person of Jesus, including how Old Testament prophecy points to Him as Savior. Our high school group will spend each week with one of four young leaders in Scripture, learning what biblical leadership can look like in our own lives. No registration is needed, so students can simply show up, and friends are always welcome.

Wednesday, October 7 • 6:00-7:00pm

Color Wars

Color Wars hits the front lawn at Lakeview Bible Church on Wednesday, October 7, from 6:00 to 7:00pm, and every middle school and high school student is invited. Expect an hour of team games, clouds of color powder, and a whole lot of paint. It moves fast, it gets loud, and it is one of the easiest nights of the year to bring a friend along.

All the paint and powder we use is rated skin safe. No registration required, and students should wear a white shirt they are happy to ruin, because it will not be coming clean.

Wednesdays, October 28-November 18 and January 6-27 • 7:00-8:30pm

Grad Launch

Grad Launch is built for our current seniors, the class of 2027, and meets Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 8:30pm in Room 133 at Lakeview Bible Church. It runs in two modules of four weeks each: the first goes October 28 through November 18, and the second picks back up January 6 through January 27.

Each night is teaching and honest discussion around the things we believe every graduating senior should be grounded in before stepping into life beyond high school. This fall we will walk through following Jesus in a post-Christian society, the problem of evil and why God allows suffering, community and why the church is non-negotiable, and sexual integrity in love, dating, and boundaries. No registration required, so seniors can simply come.

Adaptive Student Ministry

While in the Adaptive Student Ministry classroom, students will have the opportunity to listen to worship music, participate in crafts, pray, be taught from the Word of God, and build meaningful friendships within a supportive community.

Our goal is to provide a space where each child feels valued, encouraged and included. Our heart is simple: we want every child to know Jesus and understand how deeply they are loved by Him. We would love for your family to join us as we learn, worship and grow together.
